NewCom's teleport facility supports an 11 to 148 degree satellite arc and houses more than 20 satellite antennas ranging from 1.8 mt to 9.2 mts.  Our antennas are equipped with an auto-tracking system and redundant transmission and reception chains, pointing to C and Ku Band satellites for data and video services.  

To ensure service continuity for our clients, our facility is designed to withstand a category 4 hurricane and is equipped with a 600 KVA Diesel Generator featuring an automatic redundant, UPS-protected switch-over system.  At the heart of our teleport is our network operations center, a 24/7 support team dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality service available.
